. Engine Information

The menu command engine information enables you to display the engine data in the Engine Information dialog. This function can also be selected using the function button F4.

• Engine number
• Engine type
• Engine output (in kW)
• Revs
• Construction date (listed as year.month, e.g. 97.04 = April 1997)
• KLU number
• Product number
• EUK (engine utilization key)

View Parts Information

This enables you to view all basic data regarding a parts number as well as alteration documentation. The alteration documentation is included in the type list.

Parts Data Transfer

The parts data transfer enables you to issue basic parts data in different formats in one file.

Parts Number From

You can use this field to determine from what parts number data should be issued. If the number entered does not exist in SERPIC, the next highest available number is taken.

Parts Number To

You can use this field to determine up to what parts number data should be issued. If the number entered does not exist in SERPIC, the next lowest available number is taken.

Date From

You can use this entry to limit data records to parts numbers for which changes have been made since the last update (e.g. price, replacement type etc.).

Date To

You can use this entry to limit data records to parts numbers for which changes have been made up to a certain date (e.g. price, replacement type etc.).

Discount Category From

You can use this entry to limit data records to parts numbers which belong to a discount category which is at least as high as the discount category given.

Discount Category To

You can use this entry to limit data records to parts numbers which belong to a discount category which is no higher than the discount category given.

Output File

Enter the output file name. The directory in which the file should be written must already exist.
You are also permitted to issue the file on a diskette drive. Once a diskette is full, you are asked to insert another diskette.

There are 10 different output formats available for issuing basic parts data. Select the required number of the output format.
